      *Billed in 15min increments after first hour
      9pm to 9am: $140/hr
      *Billed in 15min increments after first hour

Phone support (including remote management):
      Normal business hours: $70/hr
      *Billed per minute after first 15 minutes
      9pm to 9am: $130/hr
     *Billed per minute after first 15 minutes

*Note: These rates are a general guideline. Often it may be more economical and fair to set a flat rate for a specific task such as reloading an Operating System off-site, for example.
